#IrishPub Plant Based Meal Plan
By Team Dirty
Mar 12, 2021
#IrishPub whole food plant based Meal Plan celebrates the comforting food of Ireland with a healthy twist.
This delicious plan combines traditional Irish ingredients like cabbage, potatoes, and carrots with all the cozy fun of a casual Irish pub. As always, our recipes are free from meat, dairy, oil, eggs, and overly processed ingredients (and they taste DAMN good!).
Chazz, one of our fabulous Meal Plan testers, batched the Gourmet plan in 2 hours and 20 minutes and had this to say:
“This is a good week to use the Prep list as the cabbage, onions, and carrots are used in multiple recipes.”
You won’t need the luck of the Irish to cook up this batched goodness.
All of our Meal Plans come with a Prep list that you can use to prepare for batching.
The Prep list includes all the veggies that need to be peeled, chopped, or minced as well as which recipe each veggie is used in. We also include anything else you can get a headstart on before batching, like soaking cashews or pressing tofu.
