I made the lasagna roll ups from #PFMP #love into a whole ass lasagna. It’s also gluten free. I LOVE THIS LASAGNA SO MUCH.
I put the serving setting to 6. This will be dinner for the whole weekend, so I can just shop and be lazy and then just heat up dinner when it’s time 👏🏼
I HATE cooking on the weekends, and hearing “what’s for dinner” every morning 😂 I also made a regular one for our 13 year old daughter who refuses most WFPB meals I make.

Love week is really hitting the spot!! Where has farro been all my life??? This is the yummiest breakfast bowl I’ve ever had!! It’s like rice and oatmeal had a baby. Heated it with a little oat milk, maple syrup, sea salt and pumpkin pie spice then topped it with banana, blueberries, coconut and pecans. Absolute heaven ♥️

Love – great weekly meals I don’t have to plan like the Alfredo Pizza. Repeat things used like my favorite Maple Tahini Dressing. I swear it would make a flip flop taste good. Using older recipes I never had a chance to try. Like this chocolate cheesecake with raspberry coulis. I save time not always looking for recipes and caring about the micro and macros. I’m not buying cook books I rarely use. I’m not throwing out tons of produce. I really am saving money. Plus the food is just so interesting! ❤️
